Grand&Sky Tornik

Grand & Sky Hotel Tornik, from the A hotels group, a 5-star luxury hotel on Zlatibor at 1010m above sea level, is the right choice for those who want to experience this destination in a completely new way.

An exclusive SPA&Wellness center that covers an area of 2,250 m2, the most modern congress complex, an attractive terrace of 1,500 m2 with a beautiful panoramic view of the peaks of Tornik, a rotating restaurant that with its 650 m2 is one of the largest in the world, are only part of the offer of this grandiose complex.

The implementation of the wMenu platform in the Grand & Sky Hotel Tornik took a total of 5 days, including staff training.

Modules that are installed: Room service with self-ordering, Concierge (Reception), Terrace, Lobby and Wine bar with self-ordering, Wellness with self-ordering, Patisserie with self-ordering, Rotating restaurant (digital menu only), Hotel info and City Guide.

An increase in sales was recorded in the first three months of use. Considering the large terrace of 1,500 m2 and the spread of the hotel (it consists of two large parts, Grand and Sky), the wMenu platform significantly speeded up service and enabled all guests on the terrace to be served quickly and with quality.

Also in the Wellness bar, it is possible for guests to order from the sunbeds (the QR code is placed on the sunbed). The wMenu platform provides guests with an opportunity to get information about the menu in the a la carte restaurant from their phone, from the comfort of the lobby bar while drinking coffee.

The platform for Hotel Tornik has been created, for now, in Serbian and English language. Integration with the internal system, which is used in all hotels of the group, is in progress. Once completed it will allow the staff to send an order to the POS terminal with one click. This will further speeds up the process because there is no manual entry of items into the POS.

Also, Hotel Tornik has installed maps of revenue centres, which makes it significantly easier for the staff to locate the table where the order should be taken (the table from which the order was sent blinks on the map), especially in the case of large terraces and generally large spaces that can be divided into sections through the maps.
