Hotel Splendid

The luxurious 5* Splendid Conference & Spa Resort is located directly on a long sandy beach in the heart of Bečići, 2 km from the Old Town in Budva.

Guests have access to the top spa center, with heated indoor pools, saunas, hot tubs and a steam bath encrusted with Swarovski crystals.

Preparation of the implementation took 4 days (a great number of QR codes needed to be created before departure).

Hotel Splendid was a much bigger and a more demanding project, and the implementation of the wMenu platform took 5 days.

The BEACH and POOL were installed first, and the installation on the beach lasted during the night in order not to disturb the guests.

After the complete integration, staff training and verification of how the platform works was done.

Since they were satisfied with the functioning of the platform, Hotel Splendid also took the Wellness and Room service modules. The implementation was done from Belgrade and the wMenu QR codes were sent to the hotel to be registered and placed where they belong.

Hotel Splendid has a constant increase of revenue from month to month, in the first three months and during the season. An increase was also noticed during the rest of the year when the hotel is not very crowded. The entire staff has embraced wMenu as an extension of their arm and all employees work very easily on all modules.

In the case of hotel Splendid the multilingual platform is extremely important, due to the great number of international guests.

According to information obtained unofficially from Splendid: the traffic on the beach has increased significantly, and they have an employee whose task is only to receive orders on a tablet. The use of the platform on the very long beach with 600 deckchairs, but also on the three outdoor pools, is extremely important.
