In the first two months it was recorded a constant growth in the use of the platform and it was gladly and very quickly accepted by the staff.
As Hotel Sloboda is a hotel in the very center and a kind of symbol of the city, there is a great number of guests in the pastry shop and the lobby bar garden who are not hotel guests.
Wellness is quite far from the lobby bar, so using the platform is a great time-saver (the waiter has to get the order in the wellness, then pass the order to the bar and finally take it to the guest).
Also Hotel Sloboda has three large gardens (on the city square itself) and orders for the gardens go from two bars, so the wMenu platform is widely used in those outlets.
